Belovèd wife to Paolo Giovanni, her devoted husband for 70 years. Cherished Mamma to Luigina (Bernardo), Gioacchino (Marie), and Marisa (Jodi). Treasured Nonna to Giovanna, Carmela, Daniela (Matthew), and Laura (Steven). Adored Bisnonna to Luca Luigi and Isla Rose.

She was one of the most remarkable mothers, grandmothers, and great grandmothers that ever walked this earth. A true reflection of Mother Mary, she was the living embodiment of purity, humility, unwavering faith and devotion, immovable love, patience, angelic kindness, gentleness, and forgiveness. Her love, warmth, lightness of being, and compassion deeply touched every person blessed to cross her path. 

Carmela’s earthly journey leaves behind a lasting impression, and her memory and legacy will live on forevermore shining brightly in our hearts and through our acts. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to The Hospital For Sick Children in Carmela’s memory.
